Actions that are strictly prohibited include: using automated software or bots to manipulate games; colluding with other users to gain unfair advantages; money laundering through betting activity; and misusing promotional features and bonuses.

Payments & Transactions
All transactions on the spbogoal platform are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Users may make deposits using available payment methods such as local bank transfers and supported e-wallets. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are subject to change at any time and will be communicated through the platform's Finance page.
All withdrawal requests can only be processed to an account registered in the same name as the spbogoal account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances, in the interest of transaction security and fraud prevention.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may submit a request through the available support channels. Any remaining balance will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, provided there are no active investigations or unresolved disputes on the account.
Accounts that have been inactive for a certain period of time may be subject to an inactive account policy in accordance with applicable procedures. Users will be notified before any action is taken on their inactive account.
